Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud, or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v10.0 or higher.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the n8n tab.
On the n8n tab, click the Control Towers tab.
On the n8n > Control Towers tab, drag the Invoke Agent activity onto your process.
