How to Start

1. (Example) Create an eForm to Start the Process (Create Absence Request).
2. (Example) Create a Subprocess .

Procedure

1. On the configuration screen of any activity, click the Process Data tab.
2. On the Data screen, on the Model Data tab, click Edit .

   
   
   

3. On the Data Model screen, right-click Process Fields.
4. Select Element.
5. In the Element Name field, enter AbsenceTypeDataModel.

   
   
   

6. Right-click Process Fields.
7. Select Element.
8. In the Element Name field, enter AbsenceDateDataModel.
9. In the Data Type field, select Date.

   
   
   

10. Right-click Process Fields.
11. Select Element.
12. In the Element Name field, enter HoursDataModel.
13. In the Data Type field, select Int.

    
    
    

14. Right-click Process Fields.
15. Select Element.
16. In the Element Name field, enter LoopAgain.
17. In the Data Type field, select Boolean.

    
    
    

18. To make sure the schema element is complete and operates correctly, click Validate App Schema .
19. Click OK.
