How to Start

  1. Click Settings Settings icon.
  2. Click Build Apps Build Apps icon > Form Designer.

Specifies whether the configuration screens open for a form control when you drag the control onto a form.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows the configuration screens.

Show Javascript Injector
Function:
Specifies whether to show the JavaScript JavaScript icon icon in the eForm Builder toolbar.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows the icon.
  • No - Does not show the icon.

Show CSS Injector
Function:
Specifies whether to show the CSS CSS icon icon in the eForm Builder toolbar.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows the icon.
  • No - Does not show the icon.

Show JSON View
Function:
Specifies whether to show the View Form JSON View Form JSON icon icon in the eForm Builder toolbar.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows the icon.
  • No - Does not show the icon.

Show Export Form
Function:
Specifies whether to show the Export Form Export Form icon icon in the eForm Builder toolbar.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows the icon.
  • No - Does not show the icon.

Show Import Form
Function:
Specifies whether to show the Import Form Import Form icon icon in the eForm Builder toolbar.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows the icon.
  • No - Does not show the icon.

eForm Performance Monitor
Function:
Specifies whether to show a warning message if eForm load times are longer than a specified number of seconds.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows a warning message if an eForm takes more time to load than the value in the Show eForm Performance Warning After field.
  • No - A warning message does not show if an eForm takes time to load.

Show eForm Performance Warning After
Function:
Specifies the amount of time, in seconds, to let an eForm load in a web browser at runtime before showing a warning about the eForm performance.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Build Apps Form Designer Setting screen, turn on Performance Monitor to Yes.
Accepted Values:
An integer, representing a number of seconds. The maximum value is 120.

Apply Global CSS by default to forms created before 7.0 SU2
Function:
Specifies whether to use the global CSS file by default for all eForms in AgilePoint NX apps created before AgilePoint NX v7.0 Software Update 2.
To Open this Field:
  1. Upload the global CSS file.

    For more information, refer to Add Global CSS screen.

Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Uses the global CSS file by default in all eForms in all AgilePoint NX apps that are created before AgilePoint NX v7.0 Software Update 2.

    When you turn ON, it shows a warning message that AgilePoint highly recommends to keep this field off and selectively turn ON this field for such apps that use Form Settings after you tested your app.

    By default, this field is turned ON to obey corporate styling for any new blank eForms in the new app or existing app, created after AgilePoint NX v7.0 Software Update 2.

  • No - You can not use the global CSS file by default in all eForms in all AgilePoint NX apps.

    You can use the global CSS file on the eForm for an AgilePoint NX app if you select Apply Global CSS in the Appearance tab on the Form Settings screen.
