How to Start

  1. Click Settings Settings icon.
  2. Click Portal Setting Portal Setting icon > Manage Modules.

Fields

Field Name Definition

Work Center

Function:
Specifies whether to show the Work Center app in NX Portal.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows Work Center in the portal.
  • No - Does not show Work Center in the portal.
Default Value:
Yes

Manage

Function:
Specifies whether to show the Manage Center app in NX Portal.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows the Manage Center app in the portal.
  • No - Does not show the Manage Center app in the portal.
Default Value:
Yes

Build Apps

Function:
Specifies whether to show the App Builder in NX Portal.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows the App Builder in the portal.
  • No - Does not show the App Builder.
Default Value:
Yes

Report

Function:
Specifies whether to show the Report Center app in NX Portal.
Note: The current version of Report Center (sometimes referred to as AgileReports) can only be used by customers who purchased this component before April 1, 2020. This version is no longer available for purchase, including by current and previous purchasers of AgilePoint NX or the Report Center component. AgilePoint plans to release the new version of Report Center in Q3 2020.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows the Report Center app in the portal.
  • No - Does not show the Report Center app in the portal.

Collaborate

Function:
Specifies whether to show the Collaborate Center app in NX Portal.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows the Collaborate Center app in the portal.
  • No - Does not show the Collaborate Center app in the portal.

Function:
Specifies whether to show the Help Center app in NX Portal.
