Or

An AgilePart that merges multiple process branches into one branch. You can specify if successful completion of one of activity cancels the activities in other branches of the process, or whether some or all activities can continue.

How to Start

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Open the Generic BPM stencil.
On the Generic BPM stencil, drag the Or AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the full list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.

Properties for This AgilePart

Field Name	Definition
Email	Definition: The name of an email template used to generate the email notification at runtime. Allowed Values: An existing email template name - Applies the selected, predefined template to the email. Add Mail Template - Opens the Email Template Wizard, where you can add a new email template. None - Specifies that no email is sent. Default Value: None
Configuration	Opens the Following Window: Select Exclusive Predecessor Activities Window Purpose of this Window: Specifies the process activities to cancel when the process enters the Or shape.
Exclusive	Definition: Determines whether the Select Exclusive Predecessor Activities window is available. Allowed Values: True - Specifies that the Select Exclusive Predecessor Activities window is active, and you have the option to cancel the process activities you specify. However, if this property is set to True, and you do not configure the Select Exclusive Predecessor Activities window, the AgileShape behaves the same as if this property were set to False. False - Specifies that the Select Exclusive Predecessor Activities window is inactive, and the AgileShape will continue to handle all the incoming process activities. Default Value: True
