Optional Click the ellipsis button to open the configuration dialog which can be used to update any activity fields including custom fields:

Navigation

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the XRM Manual Activities 2011 or XRM AgileDialogs 2011 stencil.
Do one of the following:
- On the XRM Manual Activities 2011 stencil, drag the appropriate AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
- On the XRM AgileDialogs 2011 stencil, drag the Dialog Task AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
On the ActivityProperties field, click the Ellipses button.

Field Name	Definition
ActivityType	Definition: Shows all the activity types including custom activity types
Field	Definition: Select the field for the selected Activity Type
Value	Definition: Sets the value of the Field. Type ${ to open the Schema Selector Dialog to enter a dynamic value
Down Arrow	Function: Add new Field-Value pair or Remove existing Field-Value pair
