Creating a Firewall Rule for AgilePoint Service Bus

Prerequisites

• A Windows Azure account.
• SQL Azure database.
• Azure Storage account.
• AgilePoint for Azure account.
• Find the IP address for all machines where AgilePoint Service Bus will be installed.

Navigation

1. Navigate to the Windows Azure home page at www.windowsazure.com.
2. On the Windows Azure home page, click Manage.

Instructions

1. On the Windows Azure Management Portal, click Database.
2. Click the SQL Azure database for your AgilePoint database.
3. Click Firewall Rules.
4. On the Add Firewall Rule page, complete the following fields:

   Field Name	Definition
   Rule name	Specifies the name you want for your rule.
   IP range start	The IP address for your AgilePoint Service Bus machine. If your Service Bus machine has a dynamic IP address, specify the start of its IP address range.
   IP range end	The IP address for your AgilePoint Service Bus machine. If your Service Bus machine has a dynamic IP address, specify the end of its IP address range.

5. Click OK.
6. Repeat this procedure for each machine where you have AgilePoint Service Bus installed.
