Creating an AgilePoint BPMS for Azure Account

To create an AgilePoint BPMS for Azure account, do the following.

Instructions

  1. In a web browser, navigate to http://bpm4azure.agilepoint.com/WebSiteACS/WelcomePage.aspx.
  2. To sign up for AgilePoint BPMS for Azure using your Windows Live ID, click Continue.
  3. On the Registration page, complete the fields as required, and click Submit.
  4. On the Review page, click Close Window. Look for a confirmation email in your email within 48 hours.
  5. Once you have been accepted for the program, navigate to http://bpm4azure.agilepoint.com/WebSiteACS/WelcomePage.aspx.
  6. On the Sign in page, click Continue to log on using your Windows Live ID.
  7. On the Storage Details page, complete the following fields for your SQL Azure Database:
    Field Name Definition

    Database Server

    Specifies the name your SQL Azure database server.

    You can find this name is under Subscriptions in your Windows Azure account.

    Database Name

    Specifies the name of your Windows Azure database for AgilePoint.

    You can find this name by clicking the server name in your Windows Azure account.

    User Name

    Specifies the user name for your database administrator.

    Password

    Specifies the password for your database administrator.

  8. To ensure the database information is correct, click Test Connection.
  9. On the Storage Details page, complete the following fields for your Azure Storage account:
    Field Name Definition

    Account Name

    The name for your storage account. You entered this name as the customizable URL.

    Access Key

    The primary access key for your Azure Storage account.

    To find your primary access key:

    1. Navigate to the Windows Azure home page at www.windowsazure.com.
    2. On the Windows Azure home page, click Manage.
    3. On the Windows Azure Management Portal, click Hosted Services, Storage Accounts & CDN.
    4. Click Storage Accounts.
    5. Select your Azure Storage account.
    6. In the Properties pane, under Primary access key, click View.
  10. To ensure the Azure Storage information is correct, click Test Connection.
  11. Click Submit.
  12. On the Packaging page, click Next.
  13. Set up your hosted service.
