Creating a SharePoint List Item

Prerequisites

• A process model that uses a SharePoint compatible process template.

Navigation

1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
2. Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
3. On the SharePoint stencil, drag the Create List Item AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
4. To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
5. On the ItemValues field, click the Ellipses button.

Instructions

1. On the Item Values window, enter the URL for the SharePoint site that contains the list item you want to delete.
2. Click Connect.
3. Complete any additional configuration for this AgileShape according to your requirements:
