Select SharePoint Library Column Window

Specifies a SharePoint library column.

Navigation

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
On the SharePoint stencil, drag the Retrieve List Item or Update Meta Data AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
In one the following fields, click the Ellipses button. The specific fields that display vary, depending upon the AgileShape you are using:
- ItemValues
- MetadataNameAndValues
On one of the following windows, click Add. The specific windows that display vary, depending upon the fields of AgileShape you are using:
- Configuration for Retrieving ListItem Fields Window
- Name and Value Window

Field Name	Definition
Library URL	Definition: Specifies the URL for the SharePoint library that contains the metadata attributes you want to update. Allowed Values: Read only.
DisplayName	Definition: Specifies the name of the SharePoint library column. Allowed Values: Read only.
InternalName	Definition: Specifies the column's internal name. Allowed Values: Read only.
Type	Definition: Specifies the column's data type. Allowed Values: Read only.
Read Only	Definition: Indicates whether the column's value can be changed when the process is running: Selected - The column's value cannot be changed. Deselected - The column's value is editable. Allowed Values: Read only. You cannot select or deselect the Read Only check box.
PropertyName	Definition: Specifies the name of the property associated with the SharePoint library column. Allowed Values: Read only.
OK	Function: Completes the task, and opens the window where this Select SharePoint Library Column window was invoked to specify the metadata field: Configuration for Retrieving ListItem Fields Window Name and Value Window Note the following: To specify the metadata field, select the field, and then click OK. You can select only one field at a time.
