To send a message in Yammer to a specified user or a group, do the following.
Navigation
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Navigate to the Yammer stencil.
- On the Yammer stencil, drag the
Post Message AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
- To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- On the Message field, click the Ellipses button.

- To send a message to an individual user, click the Send Private Message
tab, and complete the following fields as required.
