Creating a Reminder Email Notification

To create a reminder email for an activity, do the following.

Navigation

  1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
  2. Navigate to the Generic BPM stencil.
  3. Drag any AgileWork, and drop it on the process template.
  4. To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
  5. On the Reminder Email field, click the Ellipses button.

Instructions

  1. On the Reminding Mail Window, complete the fields as required.
