Selecting an AgilePoint Group Participant

Navigation

  1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
  2. Navigate to the Generic BPM stencil.
  3. Drag any AgileWork, and drop it on the process template.
  4. To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
  5. In the Participants field, click Add Participant.
  6. In the Name field, click the right arrow (>)

Instructions

  1. Log on to the AgilePoint Server, if required.
  2. On the Select AgilePoint Group window, select the AgilePoint group you want.
  3. Click OK.
