To select an Active Directory group as a process participant, do the
following.
Navigation
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Navigate to the Generic BPM stencil.
- Drag any AgileWork, and drop it on the process template.
- To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- In the Participants field,
click Add Participant.
- In the Name field, click the right arrow (>)

- In the search field, type all or part of a group name. To use wild cards, use an
asterisk (*) — for example, *Users.
- Click Refresh.
- In the list, select the group you want.
- Click OK.
