Common Dialog
This AgileShape can be used to create a dialog box form in SharePoint. The most common use for this AgileShape is creating simple input or approval forms. Once you have created a Common Dialog and deployed your process, the dialog displays to a user when he or she clicks a task in SharePoint. The following image shows an approval form using a Common Dialog.
