Create an AgileShape with Preconfigured Properties

  1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process model of any type.
  2. Open the stencil named My Stencil.
  3. Drag and drop an AgileShape to the process model.
  4. Modify the shape's properties as desired.
  5. Drag the configured shape from the process model to My Stencil. You can create your own stencil or use an existing stencil. If you use an existing stencil, you will need to make it editable when prompted. When you drop the shape on the stencil, the Edit Master Properties dialog box appears.
  6. On the Edit Master Properties dialog box, complete the following fields as desired:
    • Name – The name that appears below your shape in the stencil and by default in the process model.
    • Tooltip Description – The name that appears for the shape in the pop-up tooltip in a stencil.
    • Allow everyone to edit properties – Selected means that the shape's properties are editable by anyone. Deselected means that the shape cannot be edited, except by the creator.
  7. Click OK.
