To convert an existing Visio diagram into a process template:
- Start AgilePoint Envision.
- Create (or open) a process
template.
- Click
File >
Export & Import >
Import Existing Visio file.
- Select the VSD file that
contains the Visio diagram you want to convert. This will import the contents
of the selected Visio diagram into your process template.
- Once the diagram's contents
are imported,
convert the Visio
shapes into AgilePoint AgileShapes. Once all of the imported shapes and
connectors are completely converted and integrated into the process template,
you can continue to work on the process template like you would normally.
