Quick Launch screen (Modern, Microsoft 365)

Shows the form or view for an app that is added to the Quick Launch menu in Modern Work Center.

Background and Setup

Prerequisites

  • You must have the Create, Update, Remove Custom Views and Quick Launch access right to access the Quick Launch tab.

    For more information, refer to Roles.

Good to Know

  • You can submit more than one instance of a form to start an app. You do not need to open the My Apps screen to start an app.

How to Start

  1. In SharePoint for Microsoft 365, open the AgilePoint Work Center.

  2. In the left pane, click Quick Launch > [Form Name].

Fields

Open Form In New Tab Open Form In New Tab icon

Function:
Opens the form or view in a new tab.

Expand Expand icon

Function:
Expands the form at its maximum size.

Collapse Collapse icon

Function:
Restores the form size to the default view.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Expand Expand icon.

App

Description:
Shows the name of the app.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Expand Expand icon.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Process

Description:
Shows the name of the process model.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Expand Expand icon.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Version

Description:
Shows the version number for the app.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Expand Expand icon.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Category

Description:
Shows the category for the app.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Expand Expand icon.
Allowed Values:
Read only.
