To assign one or more tasks to a new user from the Manage Center, do the procedure in this topic.

Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. Click Manage.

    Click Manage
  2. In the Manage Center, click Runtime Management > Tasks.

    Click Tasks

Procedure

  1. On the Tasks screen, select your tasks.
  2. Click Reassign Reassign icon.
  3. On the Reassign Tasks screen, complete these fields as necessary:
    Field Name Definition

    Reassign The Following Tasks To

    Function:
    Specifies a new participant to whom to reassign the task.
    Accepted Values:
    A participant name from the list.
    Default Value:
    None
  4. Click Reassign Tasks.
