How to Start

  1. Click Manage.

    Click Manage
  2. In the Manage Center, click Access Control > Users.

    Click Users
  3. On the Users screen, click Add User.

    Click Add User icon

Procedure

  1. To add a user, do one of these:
    • To add a user with an AgilePoint ID, do this procedure.
      1. In the User Name field, enter the user name.
      2. In the Full Name field, enter the user's full name.
      3. In the E-mail Address field, enter the user's e-mail address registered with AgilePoint.
      4. Select AgilePoint ID.
      5. Click Add User.
    • To add a user from other source, do this procedure.
      1. In the User Name field, enter the user name.
      2. In the Full Name field, enter the user's full name.
      3. Select User from Other Source.
      4. Click Add User.
