How to Start

  1. On the App Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Common tab.

        Open Common tab
      2. On the Common tab, drag the Condition Condition icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Procedure

  1. On the Condition Builder screen, in the Display Name field, enter the activity name to show in your process.
  2. (Optional) In the Description field, enter more than one line of text description for your activity.
  3. (Optional) In the Else connector shows on field, select the location and direction of the else arrow.
  4. Do one of these as necessary:
    • Click Outgoing Sequence Shows On Left Outgoing Sequence Shows On Left icon to specify the direction of the outgoing arrow in left.
    • Click Outgoing Sequence Shows On Right Outgoing Sequence Shows On Right icon to specify the direction of the outgoing arrow in right.
  5. To configure a rule, in the IF field, enter your rule name.
  6. To specify your rule, click Edit Edit icon.
