Procedure

  1. On the Leave Details subform, click the Common Controls Common Controls icon tab.

  2. On the Common Controls tab, drag a Drop-Down List Drop-Down List icon form control onto your eForm.

  3. On the Field Setting - Drop-Down List screen, click the General tab.

  4. In the Label field, enter Absence Type.

  5. Click the Configure tab.

  6. Select Mandatory.

  7. To save the changes, click Close Screen Close Screen icon.
  8. The eForm Builder shows the Absence Type field for the Leave Details subform.
