  1. On the eForm Builder screen, in the Tool Box, open the Common Controls Common Controls icon tab.

  2. On the Common Controls tab, drag a Auto-Suggest Auto-Suggest icon form control onto your eForm.

  3. On the Field Setting - Auto-Suggest screen, click the General tab.

  4. In the Label field, enter Department.

  5. Click the Configure tab.

  6. In the Inline List Options section, click Add Option 6 times to add a total of 7 rows.

  7. In the Name and Value fields, enter these values.
    • Engineering
    • HR
    • Professional Service
    • Accounts
    • Sales
    • Support
    • Marketing

    Enter the Values
  8. To save the changes, click Close Screen Close Screen icon.
  9. The eForm Builder shows the Department field for the Create Absence Request eForm.
