AgilePoint List Form Association screen (Form-Based Application)

Lets you configure a list form SharePoint for Office 365 to associate an AgilePoint eForm with a list or library.

Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. In your SharePoint list or library, click the List or Library tab.
  2. Click AgilePoint WorkFlow.
  3. On the Association Type screen, click List Form Association.

Fields

Field Name Definition

Select List Content Type

Function:
Specifies the content type of your SharePoint list to organize, manage, and control the content across your sites.
Accepted Values:
The content type of your SharePoint list.
Default Value:
None

AgilePoint eForms App

Function:
Specifies the AgilePoint form-based app to associate with the SharePoint list and use in place of the default SharePoint list form.
Accepted Values:
A published AgilePoint form-based application.
Default Value:
None

Select New Item Form Page

Function:
Shows the Create form associated with your form-based app to replace the default SharePoint list form to create a new list item.

When you select the form-based application in the Select Process Model list, this field shows New form.

Accepted Values:
Read only.

Select Edit Item Form Page

Function:
Shows the Update form associated with your form-based app to replace the default, editable SharePoint list form.

When you select the form-based application in the Select Process Model list, this field shows Update form.

Accepted Values:
Read only.

Select Display Item Form Page

Function:
Shows a View form associated with your form-based app that replaces the default SharePoint list form.

When you select the form-based application in the Select Process Model list, this field shows View form.

Accepted Values:
Read only.
