How to Start

  1. Tap the Sidebar Menu (Sidebar Menu icon).
  2. On the sidebar menu, tap Settings (Settings icon).

Fields

Field Name Definition

AgilePoint NX Server Instance URL

Function:
The URL of your AgilePoint Server.

For more information, refer to How Do I Find the URLs to Connect to AgilePoint NX?.

Accepted Values:
A valid AgilePoint Server URL.
Default Value:
None

Authentication Type

Function:
Specifies the type of authentication to use for the AgilePoint mobile app.
Accepted Values:
  • AgilePoint ID
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Azure Active Directory
  • Salesforce
Default Value:
AgilePoint ID

Permissions Granted

Opens this Screen:
Permissions Granted screen
Function of this Screen:
Specifies the permissions for your Mobile Dashboard.

Offline Download

Function:
Specifies to download and synchronize offline mobile eForms based on your action.
Accepted Values:
  • Manual - Downloads and synchronize offline mobile eForms only when you specify.

Run app in Offline Mode

Function:
Specifies whether the mobile app runs in offline mode.
Accepted Values:
  • ON - The mobile app runs in offline mode.
  • OFF - The mobile app runs in online mode.
Default Value:
Off

Clear Offline Data

Function:
Deletes all offline mobile eForms data.

Language

Function:
Specifies the language for the AgilePoint mobile app.
Accepted Values:
A language from the list.
Default Value:
None

English

Application Default View

Function:
Specifies the default view for your applications.
Accepted Values:
  • My Apps - Shows a list of eForms applications published for your use.
  • My Tasks - Shows a list of all your tasks.
  • Team Tasks - Shows a list of all the tasks for your team.
  • Outbox - Shows a list of eForms and tasks that have been submitted in offline mode.
Default Value:
My Apps

My Task Default View

Function:
Specifies the default view for your tasks.
Accepted Values:
  • All Tasks - Shows a list of all your tasks.
  • Task Pool - Shows all the unassigned tasks in a pool.
  • Assigned Tasks - Shows only the tasks assigned to the specified user.
  • Overdue Tasks - Shows the tasks that are due, but are not complete.
Default Value:
All Tasks

Team Task Default View

Function:
Specifies the default view of your team's tasks.
Accepted Values:
  • All Tasks - Shows a list of all the tasks for your team.
  • Task Pool - Shows all the unassigned tasks in a pool for your team.
  • Assigned Tasks - Shows only the tasks given to the specified team.
  • Overdue Tasks - Shows the tasks that are due, but are not complete.
Default Value:
All Tasks

Clear Form's Cache

Function:
Deletes the form data from the cache in your web browser.

Enable Logs

Function:
Specifies whether to enable log files to store the debug information.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Stores the debug information in log files.
  • Deselected - You can not store the debug information.

Send Logs

Function:
Specifies your e-mail or social networking account to send all log files.
