How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab.
      2. On the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab, drag the Set Out Of Office Set Out Of Office icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Set Out Of Office Set Out Of Office icon

Procedure

  1. On the Set Out of Office Configuration screen, in the Exchange Server field, select your Exchange Server access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for Exchange Server.

  2. In the Message for people inside same organization field, enter the content of the message to send an out of office reply for messages that come from within your organization.
  3. In the Message for people outside the organization field, enter the content of the message to send an out of office reply for messages that come from outside your organization.
  4. Complete these fields as necessary.
