How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

      1. In the Process Builder, go to the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint SharePoint icon tab.
      2. On the SharePoint SharePoint icon tab, drag the Portal Listing Portal Listing icon activity onto your process.

  3. Click Portal Listing Configuration Portal Listing Configuration icon.

Procedure

  1. To configure your settings to add a new link to a SharePoint link library, on the Portal Listing Configuration screen, complete these fields as necessary.

    Function:
    Specifies the name of the target SharePoint library to add your link.
    Accepted Values:
    A valid SharePoint library name.
    Default Value:
    Links - Specifies the name of a SharePoint list template.

    You can add a list of web pages to the link library that uses this template.

    Link URL

    Function:
    Specifies the URL of the target SharePoint library for your link.
    Accepted Values:

    Title

    Function:
    Specifies the title for your new portal link.
    Accepted Values:
    A text string.
    Default Value:
    None

    Notes

    Function:
    The information about the new portal link you want to provide.

    Overwrite

    Function:
    Specifies if the activity writes over a link URL, or creates a new one.
    Accepted Values:
    • Deselected - The activity creates a link, and does not write over a link.
    • Selected - The activity writes over a link.

      If you specify Selected and a link is there, the activity replaces a link URL with the new link. The activity changes the non-URL properties of the link.

    Default Value:
