How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab.
      2. On the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab, drag the Create Note Create Note icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Create Note Create Note icon


  1. On the Create Note Configuration screen, in the Exchange Server field, select your Exchange Server access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for Exchange Server.

  2. In the Note Subject field, enter the subject of the note.
  3. (Optional) In the Note Body field, enter the content of the note.
  4. (Optional) Complete this field as necessary.

    Specifies the process data variable that contains the note ID from Exchange Server.

    A process data variable that accepts an alphanumeric string with no spaces.
