How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, go to the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint SharePoint icon tab.
      2. On the SharePoint SharePoint icon tab, drag the Create Multiple List Items Create Multiple List Items icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Create Multiple List Items Configuration Create Multiple List Items Configuration icon.

Procedure

  1. On the Create Multiple List Items Configuration screen, in the SharePoint field, select the access token from the list.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for SharePoint.

  2. Complete these fields as necessary.

    Site

    Function:
    Specifies the URL for your SharePoint site.
    Accepted Values:
    A valid SharePoint site URL.
    Default Value:

    Function:
    Specifies the name of your SharePoint list.
    Accepted Values:
    The name of your SharePoint list.

    Specifies the content type for the list item.
    Accepted Values:
    The name of your content type.

    Note: If you don't provide a content type for the list item, the SharePoint system applies a default content type, named "Item."

    Function:
    Specifies the name of your SharePoint folder.
    Accepted Values:
    The name of your SharePoint folder

    If the folder does not exist within the specified SharePoint list, the AgilePoint system creates it.

  3. Click the SharePoint List tab.
  4. In the Repeating Node field, enter an Xpath that specifies the root of a repeating element in a schema where all the data is stored.
  5. If you select the name of the SharePoint list in the List field, complete this field as necessary.

    The value for the SharePoint column.
    Accepted Values:
    • A null (blank) value.
    • A process data variable.
    • An Xpath to a schema element.

      To add XML metadata associated with the process, drag the schema element in the Value field.

    • The URI for one or more files.

      You can attach one or more files separated by semicolon (;) using:

      • Local file path - c:\[path]\[file name]
      • URL - http://[URL]/[file name]
    Default Value:
    The data type of the SharePoint column.
    Note: By default, the Value field displays the column's data type. Set the actual value.
