How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

      1. In the Process Builder, go to the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint SharePoint icon tab.
      2. On the SharePoint SharePoint icon tab, drag the Add Blog Add Blog icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Add Blog Add Blog icon.

Procedure

  1. On the Add Blog Post Configuration screen, in the SharePoint field, select your SharePoint access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for SharePoint.

  2. Complete these fields as necessary.

    Function:
    Specifies the URL for your SharePoint site.
    Accepted Values:
    A valid SharePoint site URL

    Post Title

    Function:
    Specifies the title of the blog post to create.
    Accepted Values:
    One line of text that can have spaces.
    Default Value:

    Function:
    Specifies the content of the blog post to create.
    Accepted Values:
    More than one line of text.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    Yes

    Categories

    Function:
    Specifies the categories under which to publish the blog post.
    Accepted Values:
    One or more categories configured on your SharePoint site.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    No

    Published Date

    Function:
    Specifies the date and time to publish the blog post.
    Accepted Values:
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    Yes
