Installing InfoPath Client Integration

If you meet the prerequisites in this topic, you must install InfoPath Client Integration. This does not apply to InfoPath server-side integration.

Prerequisites

You are using InfoPath Client Integration.
A small minority of AgilePoint customers use InfoPath Client Integration, so this is not a common scenario.
You are upgrading to AgilePoint BPMS v5.0 SP4 from one of the following versions:
- v5.0
- v5.0 SP1
No action is required for v5.0 SP2 or higher.
You have applied the AgilePoint BPMS v5.0 R2 upgrade on all applicable AgilePoint machines.

Procedure

Contact AgilePoint Support to download the latest InfoPath Client Integration installation software.

Follow the instructions from AgilePoint Support to install the software.
