Configuring the SharePoint Integration AgileConnector

To configure the SPSIntegration extension, do the following.

How to Start

On the AgilePoint Server machine, click Start > All Programs > AgilePoint > AgilePoint Configuration.
On the AgilePoint Server Configuration Tool screen, click the Extensions tab.
On the Extensions tab, select SPSIntegration.
Click Configure.

Instructions

On the AgileConnector for SharePoint window, configure the following fields as required for your environment, and then click OK.

Field Name	Definition
Max Threads for SharePoint Access	Definition: Specifies the maximum number of concurrent connections between AgilePoint Server and SharePoint. Allowed Values: Any integer. Default Value: 10
Windows Authentication	Definition: Specifies if AgilePoint uses Windows Authentication to connect to SharePoint.
Claims Authentication	Definition: Specifies Claims authentication options for SharePoint. Allowed Values: If this setting is selected, these types of Claims Authentication are available: Form Based Authentication - Activates Forms based authentication where a custom membership provider to connect to an on-premises SharePoint environment. Office 365 - Activates Claims authentication to connect to SharePoint in an Office 365 environment. You can use this setting side-by-side with on-premises SharePoint. Federated Authentication - Activates Federated authentication to connect to SharePoint — for example, ADFS. Out of the box, AgilePoint supports ADFS authentication. If you want to use your own authentication provider, see Federated Authentication Example. Default Value: Deselected
Domain	Definition: The authentication domain. This does not apply to Form Based Authentication.
Username	The user ID of the SharePoint authentication account.
Password	Definition: The password for the authentication account. Allowed Values: A valid password. Default Value: None Custom Attributes: Yes
Fed Auth Url	Definition: The URI of the federated authentication provider. This provider supplies security tokens for federated authentication. Allowed Values: A valid federated authentication provider URI. Default Value: None Custom Attributes: No Example: https://fs.agilityclouds.com
Use UTF8 Encoding	Definition: Specifies whether to use UTF-8 encoding when communicating with the external system. Allowed Values: Selected - Specifies to use UTF-8 encoding. Deselected - Specifies not to use UTF-8 encoding. Default Value: Deselected
Send Notification for Suspended Processes	Definition: Specifies whether the SPSIntegration AgileConnector sends a notification to the AgilePoint system administrator if a process instances is suspended as a result of a SharePoint Integration error. Allowed Values: Deselected - No email notification is sent. Selected - Sends an email notification if a process instance is suspended. Default Value: Deselected
