Update SharePoint-based Processes for Email Approval

When using email based approvals in ListForm or InfoPath processes, the following values were updated in AgilePoint process attributes, but in order to update SharePoint, the Update MetaData AgileShape was also required:

• ListForm values
• Process attributes for ListForm-based processes
• InfoPath form XML for InfoPath-based processes

A new configuration tab has been added to the Email Approval AgileConnector that can directly update data in SharePoint without the need of an additional AgileShape.

How to Start

1. On the AgilePoint Server machine, click Start > All Programs > AgilePoint > AgilePoint Configuration.
2. On the AgilePoint Server Configuration Tool screen, click the Extensions tab.
3. On the Extensions tab, select MailApproval.
4. Click Configure.
5. On the Configure Email Approval screen, click the Connect to SharePoint tab.

Instructions

1. On the Connect to SharePoint tab, complete fields as required for your environment, and then click OK.
