To modify, or update, an existing SharePoint group, do the following.
Prerequisites
- A process model that uses a SharePoint compatible
process template.
How to Start
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
- On the SharePoint stencil, drag the
Update SP Group AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
- To view the full list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- On the Group Configuration field, click the Ellipses button.
Procedure
- On the Update Group Configuration Window, modify the field values according to your requirements. All fields are
optional.
- Complete any additional configuration for this AgileShape according to your
requirements:
