To Set Up Responses, do the following.
Prerequisites
- Create the message to which you want the participant to reply.
How to Start
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Drag any AgileWork, and drop it on the Process Model.
- To view the full list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- In one of the following fields, click Add Lync Template.
The exact fields that display vary, depending upon the AgileShape you
are using:
- Reminder Message
- Task Assigned Message
- Task Cancelled Message
- Task Completed Message
- Task Reassigned Message
- On the Lync Template Wizard, do one of the following:
- To modify an existing message template, in the
Name list, select the name of the template you want to modify.
- To create a new message template:
- Click New.
- On the New Name window, enter the name you want to identify your message
template.
- Click OK.
Procedure
- Select Complete the Assigned, Reassigned Or Overdue task by Responding the Lync
Message.
- Complete the following field.
