Inviting a User in Yammer

To send an invitation to the users to join the current Yammer network, do the following.

How to Start

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the Yammer stencil.
On the Yammer stencil, drag the Invite User AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the full list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
On the Invitations field, click the Ellipses button.

On the Invite User window, complete the following field as required:

Field Name	Definition
Enter your coworker's email addresses separated by semi-colon (;)	Definition: Specifies the email addresses for people you want to invite as Yammer users. Allowed Values: One or more valid email addresses. Multiple email addresses must be separated with a semicolon (;). Default Value: None Custom Attributes: Yes
