To add an AgilePoint user as a participant for an activity, do the following.
How to Start
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Open the Generic BPM stencil.
- Drag any AgileWork, and drop it on the process template.
- To view the full list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- In the Participants field,
click Add Participant.
- In the Name field, click the right arrow (>)
Procedure
- Log
on to the AgilePoint Server, if required.
- Complete one or more of the user information fields, and click Search.
- In the results list, select the user you want.
- Click OK.
