Send mail using XRM template Window

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the XRM Automatic Activities 2011 or XRM Automatic Activities 4 stencil.
On the XRM Automatic Activities 2011 or XRM Automatic Activities 4 stencil, drag the Send XRM Email AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
On one of the following fields, click the Ellipses button:
- RegardingType
- SenderId
- SenderTypeName
- TemplateName

Field Name	Definition
Regarding entity	Definition: This is the entity type for the Email Template.
Available templates	Definition: This is the name of the Email Template in CRM
Owner User	Definition: This is the ID of the User (systemuser) that will be the Owner of this email activity. It can be a dynamic value by entering ${
Queue	Definition: This list the available Queue Names. Select which is to become the Owner of the email activity
