Log on to AgilePoint Server

The first time you configure the shape, this dialog will be shown to get the credentials for connecting to the Process Engine (AgilePoint Server), in order to list the published sub-processes.

Note: The credentials are saved and reused in subsequent accesses to the Process Engine.



Navigation

  1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
  2. Navigate to one of the following stencils:
    • XRM Automatic Activities 2011
    • XRM Automatic Activities 4
    • XRM AgileDialogs 2011
  3. Do one of the following:
    • On the XRM Automatic Activities 2011 or XRM Automatic Activities 4 stencil, drag the Subprocess or Subprocess (Multi) AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
    • On the XRM AgileDialogs 2011, drag one of the following AgileShapes, and drop it on the process template:
      • SubDialog AgilePart
      • Dialog Task AgileWork
      • Intranet Dialog Task AgileWork
  4. To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
  5. In one of the following fields, click the Ellipses button. The specific fields that display vary, depending upon the AgileShape you are using:
    • Sub Process
    • Sub Dialog
    • Dialog

Field Definitions

Field Name Definition

Server Url

Definition:
This is the URL of the Process Engine (AgilePoint Server).

Whenever a new URL is used it is added to the drop-down list-box, so next time it is needed, it is easier to select than reenter it.

Logon as current user

Definition:
Authenticates using the local machine's Windows user account.

This option can be used with Windows authentication only.

Logon as the following user

Definition:
Authenticates using the credentials you specify.
Allowed Values:
  • Selected - The domain, username and password fields are enabled to fetch the input from an user.
  • Deselected - Specifies that the logon as current user (AD2008R2\Administrator) option is enabled.
Default Value:
Deselected

Domain

Definition:
The authentication domain.

This does not apply to Forms-Based Authentication.

User Name

Definition:
The user name you want to associate with the action.
Allowed Values:
A user name, not including the domain.
Default Value:
None

Password

Definition:
The password for the authentication account.
Allowed Values:
A valid password.
Default Value:
None
