Form Configuration Window
This property allows associating a form created with AgileXRM Form Designer to an activity. Click the ellipsis button to select the form when this window is opened:
When the process is run and the task is opened, the form is presented to the user (In CRM, the form is shown in the activity's form within a new tab called Process Task):
Navigation
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Navigate to one of the following stencil:
- XRM Manual Activities 2011
- XRM Manual Activities 4
- XRM External Connector
- Do one of the following:
- On the XRM Manual Activities 2011 or XRM Manual Activities 4 stencil, drag the appropriate AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
- On the XRM External Connector stencil, drag the Create Internet Task AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
- To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- On the Form field, click the Ellipses button.
