In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the XRM Automatic Activities 2011 stencil.
On the XRM Automatic Activities 2011 stencil, drag the Create Connection AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
On the Configuration field, click the Ellipses button.

Field Name	Definition
Connect from - Entity	Definition: Entity name of the From side of the connection
Connect from - Record ID	Definition: Record ID of the From side of the connection
Connect from - As this role	Definition: Role of the From side of the connection
Connect to - As this role	Definition: Role of the To side of the connection
Connect to - Record ID	Definition: Record ID of the To side of the connection
Connect to - Entity	Definition: Entity name of the To side of the connection
Description	Definition: Text field to add explanation to the connection.
Set Date Range	Definition: If set, enables the Start and End Date fields
Set Date Range - Start Date	Definition: Connection valid from this date
Set Date Range - End Date	Definition: Connection valid to this date
