In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the XRM Manual Activities 2011 or XRM AgileDialogs 2011 stencil.
Do one of the following:
- On the XRM Manual Activities 2011 stencil, drag the appropriate AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
- On the XRM AgileDialogs 2011 stencil, drag the Dialog Task AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
On the ConfigurePartcipants field, click the Ellipses button.

Field Name	Definition
User	Definition: Can contain a static or dynamic value which can be one or more user IDs or user names. Multiple values should be separated by a semicolon “;” When multiple values are used, each participant gets a task and the shape is not Completed until all the participants have Completed (or Cancelled) their corresponding tasks. Type ${ to open the Schema Selector Dialog.
Query	Function: Click to open the Query Expression Builder. The query should return 1 or more values of one of these types: systemuserid (e.g. ownerid of an account) username (e.g. DOMAIN\loginid) SeeQuery Expression Builder
Queue	Definition: Select the corresponding Queue from the list. The task will appear in the selected Queue. When this is selected, the OwnerID property can also be set.
Team	Definition: Select the corresponding Team from the list. The task will be assigned to the chosen Team. If any member of the Team completes (or Cancels) the task, the shape is Completed and the process progresses to the next step(s).
