Updating the AgileForms Help Link

When you upgrade AgileForms, you must manually update the URL for the AgileForms online help. The updated link provides an entirely updated online help system, which is important for AgileForms users.

To update the help link for AgileForms, do the following.

Prerequisites

• AgileForms installed.
• You have applied the AgilePoint BPMS v5.0 SP3 Service Pack on all applicable AgilePoint machines.

Navigation

1. On the AgileForms Server machine, open the file [AgileForms Server installation folder]\FS2\Overrides.txt

Instructions

1. In the file Overrides.txt, modify the value of the following property.

   Field Name	New Value
   Forms/AF/help_url	http://agileformshelp.agilepoint.com/

2. Save and close Overrides.txt.
