Updating AgilePoint Server Manager - Windows Service Mode

Prerequisites

• AgilePoint Server running in Windows Service mode.
• You have applied the AgilePoint BPMS v5.0 R2 upgrade on all applicable AgilePoint machines.

Good to Know

• These instructions do not cover additional configuration changes in AgilePoint Server Manager. They assume you are performing a base upgrade with no additional configuration changes.

  For more information about configuring AgilePoint Server using the AgilePoint Server Manager, see AgilePoint Server Manager.

Navigation

1. On the AgilePoint Server machine, click Start > All Programs > AgilePoint > AgilePoint Server Manager.

Instructions

On the AgilePoint Server machine, repeat the following procedure for each AgilePoint Server instance in your environment.

1. In the AgilePoint Server Manager, select the AgilePoint Server instance you want.
2. Click Server Configuration ().

   The AgilePoint Server Configuration Utility window opens.

3. On the AgilePoint Server Configuration Utility window, click OK.

   This updates the database schema and closes the AgilePoint Server Configuration Utility window.

4. On the AgilePoint Server Manager window, in the Password field, enter the password for your AgilePoint Service Account.
5. Click Update.

If any additional validation errors occur, resolve them, and then click Update.
