AgileForms Requirements

This section provides detailed information about the minimum system requirements for the AgileForms component of AgilePoint BPMS for .NET 4.0. The recommended requirements for this component can vary based on the intended usage of the product. The general recommendation for all types of production servers is that they should have as much processing power and memory as possible.

AgileForms Server cannot use dynamic load balancing and cannot be installed on a machine where NLB is in use. Therefore if AgilePoint Server is a single server installation then you can install AgileForms on either same server or a dedicated single server. However if AgilePoint Server is configured in an NLB environment, AgileForms Server cannot run on the same machine as AgilePoint Server. AgileForms installed on a dedicated single server can communicate with AgilePoint Server that is operating in an NLB mode.

Locally Installed Software	All of the following: Microsoft IIS 6.0 or higher Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 - 10 Note: If you want to use the PDF Generator in AgileForms, you cannot have Internet Explorer 9 installed on the AgileForms Server machine. This only applies to the built-in AgileForms PDF Generator feature on the AgileForms Server machine. It does not apply to PDF generation using the PDF Generator AgileShape, or to AgileForms clients machines. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0
Other Software in the Environment	These components can be installed either locally, or on a remote server that belongs to the same network domain as the computer you are installing on. AgilePoint Server AgilePoint Data Services (Optional)
Database	This component requires a database installed on a machine with the following minimum requirements. For stability and performance, AgilePoint recommends installing the database on a remote server within the same network domain. However, the database can be installed on the same machine as this component. Other database requirements beyond those listed here are at the discretion of your database administrator. One of the following: Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Minimum hard disk space 1 GB database 1 GB for archive data and log files
