The AgilePoint ListForm Web Part allows you to use a SharePoint List as the form UI for manual tasks. This feature provides an easy way of building forms with different views based on a SharePoint List. A simple configuration window allows you to determine how fields on the form are displayed to the end-user (e.g. Editable, Locked, or Hidden). This drastically simplifies the effort and time required to build UI forms and therefore, building processes has become even easier for business users.
The only requirement to use AgilePoint ListForm is that the Web Part is deployed and activated on the SharePoint site where AgilePoint ListForm will be used.
On SharePoint, the ListForm Web Part operates in the background, managing the display settings (show/hide, enable/disable) for ListForms that are defined in an AgilePoint process. The ListForm Web Part is not visible to the end user.
