The following issues have been fixed in this release for AgilePoint Envision.
In Japanese environments some of the AgileShape windows are not displaying properly in Envision.
If a user adds new merge fields to a Word document template, and then clicks the Load Word Fields button in the Word AgilePart, the Word AgilePart fails to load new merge fields from the template.
Modifying DesignTime Word Template field clears the document mappings.
The DesignTime Word Template field does not recognize .dotx template files, so the Load Word Fields button is disabled.
Images are not added to the merge fields, even when the field name starts with "image:"
For AgilePoint Server running in Windows Service mode, the Word document created by Word Creator AgilePart contains the following text: "Evaluation Only. Created with Aspose.Words. Copyright 2003-2010 Aspose Pty Ltd."
The Word AgilePart does not work if the process value has the following XML Special characters: &,<,>,',"
Setting text on any non-AgilePoint Visio shape or picture and then trying to convert it to an AgileShape (right-click > Convert To Activity) shows the error message, "Failed to convert shape to activity because the shape is activity."
After converting a Visio shape to an AgilePoint Start or Stop AgileShape, writing text on the shape is disabled.
If a WCF shape is configured to call a method with input parameters, and then the same AgileShape is reconfigured to call a method with no input parameters, the WCF AgileShape still carries the old value of the input parameters from the previous configuration. This has been fixed so that the input/output parameter settings are reset on changing the method name.
The WCF AgilePart times out after 1 minute, regardless of the setting of the TimeOut property. This means that WCF methods fail if they take more than 1 minute to run.
For all AgileShapes using the XML Mapper (WCF, WSE, CAML Query, Data Population, SAP, and so on), 3 KB XMLMapper related assemblies are generated in the Windows temp folder, and are not cleaned up.
Unable to fetch fields for SharePoint ListForm using forms based authentication.
In an SPList or SPDoc based process, the WCF AgilePart fails to update the data in the SharePoint list or document library if the SharePoint list or document library is present in sub sites.
The Process Adaptation AgileShape fails to upload the correct InfoPath form into the form library if the InfoPath form contains any Rich Text (XHTML) field, and you attempt to copy or paste content on it.
The Email Template Wizard does not preserve the changes when clicking the < > button to toggle back to normal mode from HTML mode.
In Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, when creating a new meeting request or appointment request, in place of the configured time zone, the text "UnnamedCustomTimeZone" appears.
The PDF AgilePart does not mark the Success attribute to false and capture the error message when there is an exception.
When the SLA Timer AgileShape is configured to initiate a sub-process, and multiple process instances are started as a batch, only one process instance is created because the process instance names were not unique. With this fix, a GUID is appended if there is a naming conflict, so the process instances can be created.
On the DateTime AgileShape, the Now property uses the process check in time, rather than the runtime value.
The Text File Writer AgileShape fails when [mm-dd-yyyy] is used as a file name suffix.
If a process template name contains special characters (such as / ), publishing fails.
If you are using an SPList or SPDoc process template, the Created and Modified date columns cannot be accessed through Envision, even after selecting the Select all option.
When you select multiple AgileShapes and move them with the arrow keys, it takes a long time.
In Japanese Environments, if you open the process repository file attachment dialog in Edit mode, an exception occurs.
If you import process XML that contains an AgileExtender, the AgileExtender does not appear in the Envision process designer.
In an SPList process template, labels on the Schema Dialog are always displaying "SharePoint Document Library", even if it is associated with a SharePoint List.
For SPList and SPDoc process templates that use Forms Based Authentication, if a user enters an incorrect user name and password, a system exception message appears.
The Active Directory AgileShapes throw an error when the Use AgilePoint system user at runtime option is selected.
In the Process Adaptation AgileShape in the Voting Configuration window, if the Mandatory field is not mapped to a schema node, an error occurs
In the Process Adaptation AgileShape, if you set the participant type as group, voting functionality did not work correctly.
In the configuration for the SLA Timer AgileShape, if a sub-process is selected, but the Notification field is blank, the sub-process fails to start.
Mail Approval does not work with Exchange 2010 if the mail has been configured in test mode.
An exception in any database query causes other queries from the Database Query AgileShape to not be executed.
