Notification Email when Process Suspended in SAP Integration

When a process instance is suspended because of an issue with SAP Integration, the SAP AgileConnector sends an email to the AgilePoint system administrator.

The email message includes the following details.

• Process Information － For example, process template name, process instance name, process ID.
• Error Information － For example, exception message, stack trace.

Prerequisites

• SAP AgileConnector installed.

Navigation

1. On the AgilePoint Server machine, click Start > All Programs > AgilePoint > AgilePoint Configuration.
2. On the AgilePoint Server Configuration Tool window, click the Extensions tab.
3. On the Extensions tab, select the SAPIntegration AgileConnector.
4. Click Configure.

Instructions

1. On the AgileConnector for SAP Integration window, select Send Notification for Suspended Processes.
