Event Services in Enterprise Manager supports saving email attachments from an email that
triggers a process instance. It saves the attachments as process attribute values, similar
to the email subject and body.
Navigation
- On the Enterprise Manager Main Page, click Events Service.
- On the Event Service page, click Incoming Email
> Add.

stores the path and file name of the email attachment
on the AgilePoint Server machine.
The attachments are stored on AgilePoint Server in the
format [Attachment Location]\[sender email] - [process instance ID]\[file name]

- A text string with no spaces or special characters.

Attachment Location

- Definition:
- The base file path where attachments from the email event service
are stored.
When AgilePoint Server stores the files,
it places them in an auto-generated subfolder.
- Allowed Values:
- A valid folder path (without the file name) on the AgilePoint Server
machine.

- None

- C:\Files\MyAttachments
