Fixes for AgilePoint Server

FIX 03.0016

In an AgileForms based process where a form has repeating nodes or sub forms, AgilePoint Data Services fails to populate data to the configured target database, and an exception is thrown.

FIX 03.0017

The Data Services AgileConnector does not properly filter for individual applications within an application group. For example, if the application group SPSIntegration is configured, all applications within the SPSIntegration group are being considered, even if Data Services is not configured for a particular application. As a result, Data Services can be enabled for some process models, even when the Data Services AgileConnector is not configured to support it. This causes a fatal error to occur and the process to stop.

With this fix, the Data Services AgileConnector filters for configured applications within an application group.

FIX 03.0019

An option was added to suppress the interactive confirmation to process (yes/no questions) for the -publishprocdef command. This enhancement enables automated process model deployment using the APADM command line tool.

FIX 03.0021

This fix addresses the following issues:

• In non-NLB environments, an error occurs in the AgilePoint Server log indicating there is a missing database table.
• Occasionally when a Manual activity is completed or canceled before the due date, e-mail notifications still occur.
• When a child process has a custom attribute that is referenced by a parent process, and the child process is deleted, and the parent process tries to access the custom attribute, an error occurs.
• When a single session for Manual activity is canceled, an event is not triggered .
• In very rare scenarios in NLB environments, even though the due date of a manual work item has been extended, the task still times out.
• The web service API Surrogate(username, appName, locale) does not carry appName to the server if sessionState='Off'.
• Oracle throws the error, "Maximum number of expressions in a list."

This fix includes the following enhancements:

• Performance has been improved when an automatic work item times out, so that the Delay AgilePart completes closer to the expected time.

FIX 03.0022

Exception handling has been enhanced on the licensing component to show the actual error message while activating the product component.

FIX 03.0025

Rarely in NLB environments, duplicate notification emails occur.

FIX 03.0027

The RestoreProcInst(string procInstID) API method does not clean up the copy of a process instance in the archive database after the process instance is restored to the main database.

FIX 03.0028

When an archive database is active, the pop-up details on the Process Viewer performs slowly.

FIX 03.0033

When the API method SaveTemporaryFile() is used to restrict saving a file in the AgilePoint temporary folder [AgilePoint installation]\tmp, the file is also restricted from being saved to any other folder.

FIX 03.0035

While doing migration, if an active manual activity is removed, the corresponding tasks are not cancelled automatically.

FIX 03.0037

If a SharePoint list column name has a space, Data Population does not work.

FIX 03.0038

A timeout email is sent even though the participant completes the task before the due date.

The Dynamic Group AglieShape is sending out a number of reminder emails equal to the number of members in the group.

FIX 03.0040

If the Audit Level flag on a process template is set to Low, it deletes the history for the Stop AgileShape, which causes the Process Viewer to not appear.
